Owned by a leading UK care provider with support at every level

Rated 3s & 4s in CI

Cares for the elderly, including those with dementia and mental health issues

Role responsibilities

The Care Home Manager will have 24 / 7 responsibility for all aspects of resident and staff care, managing HR issues, training, supervisions, and ensuring continued success of CQC ratings and occupancy rates, supported by a senior management team.

Candidate requirements

Nurse qualified OR experienced in managing a nursing home

At least 2 years' experience as a Home Manager

Track record of achieving good CI grades

Strong knowledge of CI & private markets

Personable with excellent communication skills and a passion for care

Proven ability to improve occupancy and manage people effectively
