Nelson Bridges has been retained by a leading Wiltshire law firm to appoint a new Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead an already highly successful team. The firm has offices in Devizes, Chippenham, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett & Swindon. The location of this post is flexible and can be discussed with candidates.

Responsibilities :

• Provide clear direction and leadership to a successful and well-regarded Conveyancing team.
• Ensure that overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Help guide and shape the strategic direction of the department.
• Motivate, lead, train, and manage staff.
• Set appropriate goals to make the firm an inspiring and successful place to work.
