Up to £85,000 p.a. mileage allowance, health, pension & discretionary bonus

Our client is a Boutique Project Management Consultancy operating throughout London and Europe. They urgently require an ambitious Project Manager with hotel project experience to join their highly successful specialist team in London.

The requirement is for a self-starter from a consultancy or client-side project management background in the hotels / hospitality sector, with the necessary entrepreneurial skills to manage Capex and refurbishment projects for a major hotel brand operating throughout London and the Southeast of England. Projects ranging typically between £2-£5m in value.

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for a program of works across multiple sites from design development, appointing subcontractors and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects through to completion.

Previous Project Management experience working for a consultancy or hotel operator is an essential prerequisite, gained in the UK construction industry (managing the build from a client or consultancy perspective). We are looking for a construction professional not a hotelier, with a formal qualification / training in either Construction Management, Architecture, or possibly Quantity Surveying.

This is a permanent role offering long-term career prospects and the opportunity to progress within this expanding team. The remuneration figure quoted is subject to experience. Candidates must hold a full / valid UK driving licence as projects will be across London and the Southern Counties.

This role will offer the successful candidate a high level of autonomy and the option to split your time between projects, the office and home 2 days a week.
