Salary : Up to £13 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours : Full-time - 36 hours per week

Shifts : Days - 8am to 8pm

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a well-established residential care home in Walsall . The home specialises in providing high-quality care for residents living with Dementia , Mental Health conditions , and Physical Disabilities .

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care, with proven experience in a senior role within a residential or nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support a team of care staff on shift
• Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently provided
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
• Mentor and support junior staff and provide guidance where needed
