Meeting & Events Operations Manager – Park Plaza London Riverbank

As the Meeting & Events Operations Manager at the 645-bedroom Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless execution of all events, from high-profile conferences to elegant private functions. You’ll lead a passionate team and work closely with stakeholders to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.

Our all-in-one conference centre, complete with 24 flexible meeting rooms, offers an outstanding events solution in the heart of London, accommodating up to 660 delegates and featuring stunning spaces like our 12th-floor Executive Boardroom.

As a Meeting & Events Operations Manager, you will receive :

We are looking for a Meeting & Events Operations Manager who :

  • Oversees the full operational delivery of all meetings and events
  • Leads, trains, and motivates the M&E floor team to deliver exceptional service
  • Works closely with Sales, Kitchen, AV, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a passion for exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable experiences

  • Has previous experience in a similar M&E leadership role within a hotel or large venue
