What you'll be doing :

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor , guiding both clients and the agency to growth and success
• Lead client relationships – from day-to-day management to high-level strategic conversations
• Play a key role in business development – helping shape and win new opportunities
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in implementation and delivery
