We are seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors with subject knowledge in : English Lit, Math, Science, Geography, PE, Food Tech, DT Tech, History, & Business Studies .

About the Role

We work with a range of secondary schools in West London seeking confident, professional, and dedicated individuals to work as Cover Supervisors, providing short-term and daily cover for teachers.

The role of a Cover Supervisor involves covering classes and ensuring students are engaged with tasks during teachers' absence or meetings. This is a vital role within secondary schools, supporting staff to maintain smooth operations.

Work Details

This position offers flexibility and a great opportunity to gain experience in secondary education. Cover Supervisors are required for the full school day, approximately 8 : 30 am to 3 : 45 pm.

Flexible Work Options

Most Cover Supervisors start on a short-term / supply basis, ideal for those wanting to work a few days or build experience. Full-time contracts are available for more experienced candidates.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek Subject graduates—preferably in English, Maths, Science, Geography, or PE —interested in working with young people. No formal teaching qualifications are necessary, but some experience working with 11–18-year-olds is required.

Ideal Candidates Include

Requirements

An Enhanced DBS certificate and two references covering the past two years are required. We can assist in applying for a DBS if needed.

Most importantly, a confident, positive, and professional approach to working with young people is essential.
