We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our welcoming Surrey-based primary school as a Year 6 Teacher with Middle Leadership responsibilities, starting in September 2025. The Role : 📍 Location : Surrey 📅 Start Date : September 2025 ⏰ Contract : Permanent, Full-time 👩‍🏫 Position : Year 6 Teacher & Middle Leader 💰 Salary : Competitive, based on experience This role offers the opportunity to not only teach and inspire Year 6 pupils, preparing them for their transition to secondary school, but also to take on Middle Leadership responsibilities, shaping an area of school development and supporting colleagues. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Support and prepare Year 6 pupils for SATs and their transition to secondary school
• Lead and develop a specific area of the curriculum or school improvement initiative
• Provide support, mentoring, and guidance to colleagues as part of the Middle Leadership team
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and school leadership to drive progress and achievement
• Contribute to whole-school development and improvement strategies Who We’re Looking For :
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 6
• A strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation
• Excellent classroom management skills and a passion for high-quality teaching
• Proven leadership experience or the ambition to take on Middle Leadership responsibilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to inspire both pupils and colleagues
