We are working with a global law firm seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join their London-based team on a 2–3 month interim basis. This role sits within a busy and well-regarded employment practice, supporting a diverse range of clients on contentious and non-contentious matters. The position is remote and offers a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.
- Advise clients on a broad range of employment law issues including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and TUPE
- Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements such as settlement agreements and service contracts
- Handle employment tribunal claims and support on dispute strategy and case preparation
- Collaborate with clients, HR teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial and pragmatic legal advice
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE
- Experienced in both contentious and advisory matters for corporate clients
- Excellent communication and drafting skills with a strong eye for detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
- Work with a top-tier global employment practice on high-quality mandates
- 2–3 month interim contract with remote working
