The role

This is a blended consultancy position, providing HR advice and hands-on support to clients. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both aspects.

Key responsibilities :

  • Provide end-to-end telephone support on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and redundancy issues, assessing risks and guiding clients’ decisions.
  • Offer ad hoc support such as HR training, facilitating meetings, and exit negotiations.
  • Help clients stay compliant with the ever-changing employment law landscape.

The person

  • Experience in employment legal advice within private practice, consultancy, or a minimum of 3-4 years in an internal HR role.
  • Proven ability to handle complex HR and employment law issues.
  • Experience conducting impartial meetings with employees.
  • Passionate about supporting clients’ business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic.
