Design and implement Oracle Identity Manager solutions for clients.
Configure and customize OIM to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OIM systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any OIM related issues.

Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients on OIM systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the identity and access management field.

Job Description

Design and implement Oracle Identity Manager solutions for clients.

Configure and customize OIM to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OIM systems.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any OIM related issues.

Create and maintain documentation of OIM configurations and processes.

Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for clients on OIM systems.

Assess clients' current identity and access management processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the identity and access management field.

Qualifications

5 years + of recent major / customisation development work in One Identity Manager – focus on development and NOT support experience

5 years + SQL & relational databases

5 years + VB.NET & PowerShell scripting

Well versed with IAM concepts (JML, PAM, RBAC, Recertification etc).

Thorough understanding of Oracle Identity Manager architecture, components, and functionalities.

Experience in implementing and configuring OIM for user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management.

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Certification in Oracle Identity Manager is a plus.
