About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Maintenance Engineer . In this role you are responsible for ensuring the hotels facilities equipment and systems operate efficiently and remain in good repair. The technician ensures that guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces meet safety and quality standards to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What Youll Do

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices manual handling heavy lifting remove floor plates as and when necessary clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs
• Monitoring of RIU App and perform the requested task in a timely and professional manner.
• Carry out PPM works and record it.
• Carry out all Daily Weekly and Monthly Safety Check and record it.
• Troubleshoot and repair the daily issues
• HSE Responsibility Carry out all Maintenance H&S checks
