Retail Sales Manager

The Cosentino team is looking for a Retail Sales Manager for Sheffield.

You will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new customers and maintaining current ones will be part of your responsibilities. You should understand what clients are looking for to meet their short- and long-term expectations, ensuring delivery of excellent service, generating demand through appropriate care and service across different sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. A willingness to work with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads is essential.

What you will do

Required Experience :

• At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial projects
• Experience with a customer database, Salesforce preferred
• Stone fabrication or distribution experience

You will work closely with Rowan Harrison, the General Manager, along with a team including another Retail Sales Manager, two Architect & Designer Sales Managers, a Designer Sales Manager, and the Showroom team.
