Our team of 150+ works across multi-channel, multi-product, and multi-national engagements, aiming to break down barriers between commerce and performance for better client outcomes.

The Role

This position is within our Havas Market Account team, primarily managing Amazon Retail (Vendor and Seller Central) and supporting other marketplaces. You will oversee daily management of clients, develop strategies, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily client operations, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate future challenges.
• Lead and develop your team, setting objectives and providing regular feedback.
• Support strategy development, content creation, and campaign planning.
• Align recommendations with client goals, and manage client roadmaps and deliverables.
• Review and improve content and operational processes for digital excellence.
• Prepare and analyze weekly / monthly performance reports, lead PCA processes, and support new business efforts.
• Become proficient in industry-specific tools.
