Job Title : Mobile Electrical Engineer Location : Covering West London region Package : £42,000 + Vehicle & Fuel card Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Call Out : 1 in 5 weeks Call Out About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team, covering commercial sites along Edgware Road throughout West London on a prestigious and high-profile contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & basic mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
• Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU / FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in a 1 in 5 call-out rota to provide emergency support. Requirements :
• Required : Minimum Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18th Edition
• Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.
