OUR CLIENT Leading international law firm THE ROLE We have a new opportunity for a Real Estate Finance and Global Loans Associate 1 - 4 PQE to join a leading Real Estate Finance group based in London You will be handling a diverse transactional workload, advising on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions including debt and mezzanine finance The role will include providing both legal and strategic advice to clients : -. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating legal documentation Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately and efficiently Business development Supervision of junior team members and managing other transaction parties including specialist and local teams THE CANDIDATE You will have an exceptional track record handling Real Estate Finance work with top academic qualifications You will have excellent technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding real estate finance transactions and global loans Strong organizational and client relationship skills and experience of operating at associate level within a complex international organisation Individuals with strong commercial / business acumen capable of delivering creative and pragmatic solutions and advice would be well suited to the role Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
