Job : Executive Assistant to Founders - Start Up

Location : West London

Type : Hybrid - 4 days on site 1 remote

Salary : up to £ 80,000 + pa depending on experience

Sector : Health, Wellness & Wellbeing - consumer products

Our client in the Health, Wellness & Wellbeing Consumer Products space is looking for an Executive Assistant to Founders, this position may also support other managers & team within the business. The ideal candidate may have worked in Start Up, Wellness, Health, Wellbeing and or consumer products previously. The role will be 4 days office based with 1 day remote.

Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :

• Complex diary management - across multiple time zones
• Events & socials
• Complex travel arrangements
• Minute taking
• Strategic planning of itineraries
• Project management
• High profile Stakeholder management
• Invester relations
• Board level meeting agenda's and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
• Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
• Expenses, purchase orders etc
• Support the wider business as needed
