HSBC Asset Management (AM), the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC's worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. HSBC Asset Management fulfils its purpose of connecting HSBC's clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.
We have an opportunity within HSBC Asset Management team for a Business Development Director - UK Intermediaries.
This role forms an integral part of the overall IFA sales coverage model for UK Wholesale and as part of our sales function you will increase UK Wholesale growth within HSBC's Multi Asset investment. The role will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing and newly originated IFA's in order to grow assets under management (AUM) within tier one, two and three IFA's. The role works in a regional structure managing a portfolio of identified clients meaning that although the role will be office based in in London there will be regular travel across London, East Anglia and the South East to conduct client meetings,
This role is a specialist advisor, it does not directly sell or provide investment products to end user investors and is Non-Regulated.
