With a recent investment of £2.3 million in technology and equipment, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to work in one of the most advanced food manufacturing facilities in the UK.

The Shift Pattern for the role is Sunday to Thursday 21.30 to 06.30.

What You Will Do :

• Lead and develop a team of Section Managers, driving both individual and departmental performances.
• Ensure the operational output within your designated factory area meets KPIs, targets, and business objectives.
• Champion the Zone for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your Zone and across the site.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, health & safety, and quality standards.
• Provide feedback and analyze the effectiveness of new projects, policies, and procedures to senior management.
