Job description

Join this global prestigious luxury fashion house, renowned for its exquisite designs and timeless elegance, located in Harrods. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead their harrods store, ensuring an unparalleled shopping experience for their discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Management :

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging growth and development.
  • Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Customer Experience :

  • Ensure every customer receives a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clientele to encourage brand loyalty.

    • Sales Performance :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales goals and drive profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to enhance store performance.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain store aesthetics and optimize product presentation.

    • Inventory and Operations :

  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure the store's operational efficiency by overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the loss prevention team to minimize shrinkage and ensure asset protection.

    • Brand Representation :

  • Uphold the brand's image and reputation by ensuring adherence to luxury standards.
  • Represent the brand at internal and external events, maintaining a professional demeanor.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry, with a focus on high-end clothing and accessories.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive sales and performance.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Background in ready-to-wear (RTW) a priority.
  • Skilled in clientelling and CRM
