Graduate Analyst

Responsibilities for the role include :

• Support business decisions by delivering budgets and forecasts, tracking actual spend, and conducting variance analysis against forecasts.
• Build and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders and provide accurate, relevant reporting and financial modelling support.
• Assist with the Business Operations month-end process, including managing account adjustments (accruals and prepayments), key variance analysis, headcount reporting, and the production of detailed variance commentary and management packs.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring, including accruals and prepayments analysis.
• Monitor the financial performance of programs and provide early feedback to stakeholders to highlight risks and opportunities.
