Project Manager - Engineering (Nuclear Sector)

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established engineering company near Alloa. The successful candidate will be part of an established Projects team, supporting the delivery of high-level nuclear projects. A strong background in project management and technical knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Overall responsibility for nuclear projects, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards are met.
• Manage project milestones and goals, organizing and attending meetings as required.
• Initiate, update, track, and control technical queries, non-conformances, and deviations.
• Oversee design and manufacture of pump, motor, and associated components according to specifications.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure project documentation and design requirements meet standards.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the nuclear sector.
• Improve processes and procedures within projects and suggest broader business adaptations.
• Coordinate with workshop and test teams for timely project execution.
