The Role Will Include :

Service and maintenance of leisure vessels - from fishing boats to luxury yachts

Using diagnostics, software, and technical tools for fault-finding and repairs

Customer interaction and on-site service within the Plymouth area

Supporting growth in a newly acquired division of the business

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

Minimum 3 years' experience in marine leisure engineering

Confident with diagnostics, computer systems, and Excel

Presentable and customer-facing, with strong problem-solving skills

Full UK driving license

Able to work independently and make decisions on-site
