About the Role

As Head of Hospitality, you’ll take full ownership of our hospitality strategy, creating consistent, high-quality experiences for residents, families, and staff across the UK. Working closely with clinical and care teams, you’ll ensure that every plate served, every room cleaned, and every interaction reflects the warmth, respect and compassion at the heart of our care ethos.

You’ll bring not only operational expertise but also creative flair — curating menus, refining service delivery, and developing your team to deliver consistently exceptional standards. In short : you’ll make sure our hospitality is always the icing on the cake.
