Electrician Role Details

  • Location : Ealing
  • Type : Full Time Permanent
  • Salary : Up to £42,000 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
  • Hours : 42.5 hours per week (0800 - 1700, Monday - Friday)

About Us

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, handles repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessments. We complete over 35,000 repairs, 2,200 electrical tests, 1,000 voids, and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually across 23,500 homes. We are growing and have exciting projects ahead!

Electrical Duties

  • Install, service, repair, and maintain electrical systems in domestic properties.
  • Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs of electrical installations and equipment.
  • Perform inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain records of all work undertaken.
  • Assist maintenance teams with electrical aspects of projects.
  • Provide technical advice to management.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Use IT systems to manage workload and record work details.
  • Follow health and safety policies, identify hazards, and perform risk assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with building occupiers to minimize inconvenience.

    • Role Criteria

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition (or working towards it if holding 17th Edition)
  • Inspection and Testing 2391 / 2 or equivalent
  • Experience in domestic or social housing is preferred
