About the role

As Business Transformation Associate, you will work with the Senior Director of Business Transformation and VP of Business Transformation to implement and manage strategic & business transformation projects. You will use your expertise to ensure actions are completed, partnering with our business leaders in project management and key initiative implementation. You will drive standardisation of reporting and governance across all strategic and transformation projects.

This is a vital, high-visibility role within our organisation in which you will make an impact on key business initiatives from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous Management Consulting experience, ideally from within a Big Four consultancy firm and / or an IT consultancy, who is looking to take the next step in their career.

This role is a split between remote working and working approximately 1-2 days per week in our Nottingham or London offices. It is important you can travel to both offices, as you may be required to work from either office depending on business needs.
