This is a rare entry-level opening for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual to join a high-performing, boutique investment advisory firm. The role is fully remote , though you’ll occasionally travel to Monaco — all expenses paid.

The Role – What You’ll Do

As Investment Operations Associate , you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the fund :

• Fund Administration : Handling all documentation and legal admin associated with fund operations
• Investment Operations : Maintaining investment records and ensuring smooth execution of deals
• Investor Relations : Acting as a key point of contact with investors and other stakeholders
• Legal Oversight : Reviewing legal documents – a background or interest in law / paralegal work is a strong plus
