• Initially help oversee construction, installation, commissioning and start up of state of the art machinery. Working closely with market leading OEM Engineers.
• Ensure H&S and compliance within mechanical engineering team.
• Support and influence mechanical engineering strategy, ensuring strategy is delivered across the site.
• Support implementation of reliability to ensure min downtime through data driven approaches.The Person :
• HNC level mechanical engineering or similar.
• Ability to be flexible and part of a dynamic and fast growing team and division that will develop and evolve.
• Good interpersonal skills - communication, stakeholder engagement.Nice to have but not essential :
• Project experience – expansion, modernisation, new factory or plant build.
• Installation, commissioning, start-up of machines and equipment.
