Air Conditioning Engineer – Lewisham – £44,000

Location :   Lewisham

Salary :   £40,000 – £44,000 Plus Overtime

Hours –  Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to be looking after a Contract located in South London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance with an all-around understanding of most M&E / Fabric plants. You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying between £40,000 – £44,000

Duties :

• Maintaining / repairing and serving a large variety of AC and refrigeration
• Lead a team of Engineers
• Plant Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, down flow units and Heat Pumps
• Some minor general maintenance
• HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment
• AHU Plant and associated Equipment
• Split System Maintenance
• VRV Servicing
• Chiller Servicing
• AHU Servicing
