This is a LONDON based FULLY REMOTE role that reports into the COO and partners closely with the client, growth and licensee teams, and collaborates with licensees, suppliers, and internal teams across operations, procurement, and client services to drive measurable improvements in sustainability impact.
ROLE PURPOSE
As the Senior Sustainability & Supply Chain Manager you are the critical connector responsible for influencing both strategic direction and daily execution, sitting at the heart of agency’s mission to lead in supply chain transformation and sustainability.
As the agency navigates an evolving landscape of ESG requirements, regulatory changes, and client expectations, your expertise will ensure they remain at the forefront—delivering transparency, operational excellence, and brand distinction across our international network.
The Senior Sustainability & Supply Chain Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives in supply chain transparency and compliance, ethical sourcing, ESG reporting, and licensee engagement. Operating within a small global team, this individual will drive system-level change and foster global alignment across the network.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on supply chain due diligence and sustainability data tracking.

KEY SKILLS
Sustainability Expertise
- Deep understanding of environmental and social sustainability frameworks
- Familiarity with global certifications, compliance standards, and audit protocols

Data & Digital Fluency

Strategic Sustainability & Supply Chain Leadership
Lead the global sustainability and supply chain practices, including introducing new innovations (e.g. adaptive merchandise)Lead supplier compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to ethical sourcing, human rights, and environmental standards (e.g., EcoVadis, SEDEX, BSCI, FSC)Familiarity with Scope 3 emissions, LCA tools, or product certification schemes (FSC, GOTS, GRS).Manage supplier self-assessments and audits, monitoring and escalating risks where necessaryEnsure alignment between core company goals and licensee sourcing executionMaintain and improve supply chain due diligence systems, documentation, and reporting processesWork with global procurement teams to develop and roll out more sustainable sourcing strategies and preferred supplier listsEvaluate and implement data process and digital tools for transparency and impact measurementDevelop and manage internal ESG data infrastructure and reporting frameworksChampion pilot projects focused on contract compliance, traceability, digital passports, and material innovationCollaborate cross-functionally to embed tech-forward sustainability practicesEstablish approved supplier framework, in conjunction with licensees in line with global strategyDrive performance improvement and transparencyOversee traceability systems and ensure material verificationClient & Licensee Performance Management
