Job summary

Are you a Physiotherapist with HCPC registration, looking to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy? Or maybe you're looking for a change in scenery as a senior Physiotherapist?

Join our large and inspirational Adult Therapies Service as UHBW as a musculoskeletal rotational Physiotherapist in Bristol, working alongside other physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy technicians. Main duties of the job

Within this role, you will rotate across a variety of specialities, including : o General outpatientso Trauma and Orthopaedicso Aquatic Physiotherapyo Pain management serviceso Fracture clinico Gym rehabilitationo Pelvic healtho Hand rehabilitationo Haemophiliao Occupational healtho Rheumatology Successful applicants will, autonomously manage their own caseload, working closely with other outpatient team members and mentor band 5 colleagues, therapy technicians and undergraduate your rotation, you'll be building relationships with new teams with unique benefits such as :

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • oExperience of working as part of a Physiotherapy team and / or multidisciplinary team
  • oEvidence of previous experience and participation in audit
  • oContributing to clinical education of less experienced staff, students or assistants
  • oClinical Supervision of students and assistant staff

Desirable

  • oPrevious experience at Band 6
  • oExperience or knowledge of working in a community setting
  • Skills and Abilities

  • oEffective communication skills both verbal and written
  • oAbility to work unsupervised
  • oAbility to plan, prioritise and delegate
  • oDemonstrate Assessment, Analytical and Reflective skills across a diverse patient group

  • oDiploma / Degree in Physiotherapy
  • oHealth and Care Professions Council registered
  • oA variety of experience in core areas as post graduate physiotherapist musculoskeletal, T&O, respiratory and neurological dealing with a wide range of patients with differing needs
  • oPrevious musculoskeletal experience
  • oEvidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Desirable
