This critical role ensures that operations meet the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental (QHSE), and Technical Compliance, supporting both regulatory requirements and best practices in vehicle bodybuilding and conversions. Key Responsibilities of the QHSE and Technical Compliance Manager : Oversee QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance across all operationsConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and lead initiatives for continuous improvementEnsure vehicle bodybuilding and modifications meet Type Approval (IVA, VCA, DVSA) and industry regulationsConduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to maintain workplace safety and environmental complianceDevelop and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)Lead investigations into non-conformance, incidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are takenManage Body Builder programmes across various dealershipsMonitor and control COSHH, PUWER, and LOLER requirementsEnsure adequate build documentation and technical specifications are availableProvide technical guidance on ...
