  • Drive Decisions : Utilize your expertise to make informed decisions, ensuring a smooth and effective claims process for all parties involved.

  • Experience : At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Claims handling, with a proven track record of managing claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency : Comfortable navigating computer-based claims handling systems and adept at using technology to streamline the claims process.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent listening and communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and empathetically to clients and colleagues.
  • Empathy and Understanding : A natural ability to empathize with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the claims process.
