As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping define, articulate, and execute ETRM product strategies that enhance customer experience and business outcomes. You will collaborate with clients and engineering teams to drive transformation by understanding business and customer needs, delivering value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

Qualifications

• Successful experience managing digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch, including ensuring engineering and operational quality.
• Industry knowledge within energy & commodities.
• Hands-on experience implementing Endur ETRM packages.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in physical commodities, trading, or banking industries.
• Ability to prioritize demands and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• 5+ years of delivering complex business or technology solutions in the ETRM space.
• Interest and aptitude for learning techniques rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles.
