We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultant for the Estee Lauder counter within our Whitehaven based department store.
Your job will include welcoming customers, answering questions, recommending products, and assisting with transactions.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service : Providing excellent customer service, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
Sales : Building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations.
Visual Merchandising : Maintaining a clean and organised store environment and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
Stock Management : Assisting with stocking shelves and handling deliveries.
Cash Handling : Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
In-Store Events : Participating in in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
