• Chatting with warm leads (no cold calling!) via phone, email & live chat
• Helping customers find the perfect finance deal
• Guiding them through the car-buying journey
• Collaborating with internal teams & car dealers

• Sales or customer service experience (phone-based is a plus!)
• A passion for people and a drive to succeed
