Damp and Mould Surveyor

Niyaa People are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with experience surrounding Damp and Mould to join one of the North West's leading Contractors that works in partnership with local Councils. As the Building Surveyor you will receive a generous benefits package, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

As the Building Surveyor you will…

• Conduct detailed surveys and inspections on both commercial and residential buildings to diagnose and assess damp, mould and condensation cases
• Write specifications for remedial works
• Manage external contractors and internal DLO team
• Provide expertise surrounding all damp, mould and condensation issues
