Job Description : Experience : NQ+

We're currently working with a forward thinking boutique law firm based in the West Midlands who are looking to bring in a dynamic Employment Solicitor into their growing team of specialists. Fully remote in operation, it provides lawyers with the freedom to manage their own schedules while staying closely connected to a knowledgeable and supportive team. The firms modern outlook and agile framework makes it an appealing environment for those looking to kickstart their legal career or those looking for a change of environment.

The team advises employees, employers, and HR professionals across the UK on a wide range of employment issues, from contracts and dismissals to discrimination, redundancy, and tribunal representation. They are well regarded in providing clear, expert advice with a personal touch — their reputation and strong client base reflects this.

The Role

We’re seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor from NQ+ to handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. This is a fully remote role, giving you the freedom to work from wherever you’re most productive, while being fully supported by their collaborative and dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Advising clients (both employers and employees) on a range of employment law issues
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Helping to shape their growing firm with your expertise and ideas

What We’re Looking For :

  • Confident handling a broad caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable with remote working and modern legal tech.
  • What We Offer :

  • Fully remote working with flexible hours.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team.
  • Interesting and varied client work.
  • Opportunities for career progression and continued learning.
  • If this is of interest, please feel free to reach out to Rory Brand of Simpson Judge today for a highly confidential chat.
