Managing Agent Property Manager – Management Clerkenwell Contract £21.92 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Managing Agent Property Manager – Management. Reporting to Senior Property Manager (Managing Agents), you will be expected to work flexibly to meet customer and business needs including evening working and weekends and from different geographic locations as may be needed The location You’ll be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon, Croydon, Maidstone or Sittingbourne, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager. What you’ll be doing :

• To support the Senior Property Manager to deliver strategic and operational objective with superior landlords, superior landlords’ managing agents, RMC and RTMs and / or their appointed agents as well as with any managing agents directly appointed delivering services to our mainstream housing stock.
• Build good working relationships with superior landlords and / or their agents and similar third parties to ensure the interests of SH and its residents are protected and that superior landlords and their agents etc are delivering all services in accordance with the requirements of the lease, statute and all relevant regulatory requirements.
