Responsabilities
As a HR Country & Business Partner Lead, UK you will be serving local staff of multiple global delivery centers, ensuring that we are compliant with all local regulations with minimal impact on the staff. You will work closely with the Global HR and Recruitment teams as well as leadership and development functions in each of the delivery centers.
The core of your work will be in administering and improving on local HR tasks, including contracting, Benefits, Employee pensions and interactions with local government. Beyond this you will work with the local office management team to lead employee engagement activities and events, as well as working with our finance team to prepare payroll.
In detail, your role will be responsible for the following :
- Coach, mentor and be an active counsel to managers and supervisors
- Run employee engagement interventions, culture surveys and socialize it back to management and leaders in local units
- Come up with calendars for employee communications and connects for managers and enable them and act as a governance layer – Regularize employee townhalls / one on one meetings conducted by management for local DCs
- Be an active enabler in the complete employee journey from hiring to retire and assist in running all talent management processes proposed by central Talent Team and tailor to local needs, as needed
- Identify Top Talent within the DC across the countries in scope and work to create / tailor career development and retention plans against each of these identified talent for the DCs
- Be a pro-active assist for all employees in the DCs and conduct employee meetings at a regular cadence and follow through with action plans with required stakeholders
- Benefits understanding of the local market and channelizing the benchmarking to the Talent Organization
- Work on compensation benchmarking for key roles defined by the local DCs and BUs
- Collaborate with HR / Talent Partners from other regions for employees in UKI DCs
- Assist and build training plans for managers and facilitates these as needed on setting right tone on performance management culture
- Be an active champion on employer branding and participate in “Best Employer” surveys and run culture interventions
- Assist in HR ops, areas to be pre-defined at the time of hiring
