Project Manager – £10M Industrial Unit (Manchester) About the Role Our client, a reputable regional building contractor, are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new £10 million industrial unit in Manchester. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedules, cost control, and progress reports
• Chair site and client meetings; manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee health & safety compliance and risk management on site
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and contracts
• Liaise closely with the commercial team on procurement and variations Requirements
• Proven track record managing industrial / commercial construction projects (ideally £5M+)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role
• Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and CDM
