What’s the Role?

As a Billing Co-ordinator , you’ll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, making sure our billing engine runs like clockwork. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team responsible for generating accurate, timely invoices and keeping our financial operations smooth and seamless.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking charge of monthly billing runs and ensuring every penny is accounted for.
• Investigating and resolving billing queries like a financial detective.
• Collaborating with internal teams and customers to keep everything on track.
• Testing systems, analysing data, and spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting VAT returns and audits – because details matter!
