Our successful and established client is looking for a German Speaking Sales Support Executive to join their people centric business, to deliver an exceptional service to their valued stakeholders. As a German Speaking Sales Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the customer receives a seamless service, from their initial inquiry right through to order completion.

Your duties as a German Speaking Sales Support Executive will include but are not limited to :

• Processing orders accurately and proficiently in both German and English whilst adhering to policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks.
• Engaging with stakeholders promptly and professionally via email correspondence.
• Resolving order queries and customer inquiries with a focus on delivering an exceptional service.
• Complete training to uphold compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Safeguarding information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification.
