Our client takes pride in nurturing their staff from graduate engineers through to chartership, and they have decades of in-house expertise in designing forward-thinking projects.

Due to rapidly increasing client demand for their design services, an opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their Eurocentral team.

Your new role

As a Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you are expected to have a track record in one or, preferably, multiple sectors that our client operates in. You will ideally be working towards bing a Chartered Engineer with experience working on a variety of projects. You will be part of an enthusiastic andmitted team of Engineers and Technicians to deliver high quality output on projects.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Design and specify all aspects of Mechanical Services engineering in accordance with current guidelines, standards, regulations and project deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and mentoring of their junior engineers and the continuous improvement of departmental capabilities.
  • Champion quality andpliance controls within local teams and projects.
  • Be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for the role as required by their clients and sectors.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in Mechanical systems design for Building Services projects.
  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • Working towards chartership.
  • Good knowledge of CIBSE standards, UK standards, etc.
  • Working knowledge of industry standard design software including AutoCAD, Hevp, IESVE, etc.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strongmunication skills.
