Job Description :

Tradewind Recruitment seeks a Learning Mentor to join a Secondary School in Staffordshire. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting student's learning and development, possess effective communication skills, and have a firm grasp of educational principles.

The school is looking for an experienced and versatile candidate confident in supporting a wide range of SEND needs across all ages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide individual and small group assistance to students during learning sessions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Assist students with additional needs, including those with special educational requirements.
• Participate in the preparation and organisation of learning materials.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
