You will be responsible for :

• Leading and inspiring a skilled brigade across multiple dining environments
• Designing and delivering elevated, contemporary menus with a nod to classic British fare
• Upholding impeccable standards of service, hygiene, and consistency
• Managing budgets, suppliers, and team development
• Working closely with the events team for exclusive match days, private functions, and high-profile occasions
