Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager : (2x roles for a Consultant and Permanent Role) A leading global consultancy and construction firm based in the UK, this company specializes in managing complex, high-value projects across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, and life sciences. For this position it is crucial to have front end experience - development into design phase, and ideally GMPP experience. Key Responsibilities : Review and validate layouts (process rooms, cleanrooms, HVAC zoning) Provide regular design updates to senior management & project sponsors. Managing 2-stage design and build projects. Working with Multidisciplinary design teams. Working on high containment laboratory buildings. Key Experience : 10 years experience as a Project Manager Large scale CAPEX (£500m) GMP / GLP experience is necessary Fluent in project delivery methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). Knowledge of HVAC, utility systems, or validation protocols. Familiarity with LEAN construction or commissioning best practices. Experience within a security conscious environment.
