Job description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join an aspiring company based in Dewsbury. This is an ideal role for who has some previous accounts experience in credit control, sales and purchase ledgers.

The role of the Finance Administrator involves :

Review & posting of customer credit notes

Accurate cash allocation to customer accounts

Chasing payment of overdue invoices on a timely basis

Manage petty cash

Reconcile credit card statements

Support Company Accountant with General Finance Duties

General telephone queries

The Finance Administrator position will suit a person with skills :

Self-motivated

Well organised and have a high attention to detail

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Software

Sales or customer service experience

Able to work in a team

Hours of work are 8.30am-5 pm Monday to Friday

Salary is dependent on experience
