Kepak Mclntosh Donald are looking for a Hygiene Operative (night shift) to join our team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday,40hrs / week, 6pm - 3am (with 2 x 30mins break).
Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring that the standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the production environment is achieved on a daily basis, ensuring safe use of industrial cleaning equipment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring cleaning of all Industrial machinery, tools, and equipment is carried to the highest standard
- Cleaning of factory floors, walls, work surfaces and production lines within allocated area
- Safe use of industrial pressure washers and cleaning equipment
- Safe use of cleaning materials and chemicals, in line with training
- Maintain and safely operate tools, equipment, and chemicals
- Adhering to cleaning instructions and schedules, to ensure tasks meet the required hygiene standards
- Maintain Industrial Hygiene Standards
- Completion of daily cleaning tasks, and completion of all relevant documentation and checklists
- Maintain to Health and Safety Standards
- Actively participate in all required company training
- Complying with Company’s health and safety rules, and hygiene requirements
- Carry out any other duties as directed
- Any other duties as required by management and within the competency of the post holder
Requirements
