Commercial Lawyer – Global Manufacturing Leader (Part-Time)

Location : Glasgow / Paisley Hybrid or Fully Remote

Sector : Commercial Law | B2B | Global Manufacturing

Requirement : 2–3 days per week

A pioneering, sustainability-driven manufacturer with a global footprint is seeking its first in-house Commercial Lawyer . This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class organisation that supplies premium materials to iconic brands across the automotive, aviation, and luxury sectors.

The Role

As a key legal advisor, you will :

Lead strategic contract negotiations to support commercial growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, Technical) to manage risk and drive innovation.
Establish a proactive legal culture aligned with global expansion goals.

What You Need

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial law.

Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements.

Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Background in Scots Law preferred; postgrad in Commercial / Corporate Law a plus.
